* ضع اصبعيك على رسغك واضغط برفق حتى تشعر بالنبضات
* قم بحساب عدد النبضات لمدة 30 ثانية وقم بضربها في 2 حتى تحصل على معدل النبضات في الدقيقة
* يمكن قياس معدل ضربات القلب في أماكن أخرى أيضاً مثل خلف الركبتين أو في الفخذ
وإذا كان معدل ضربات القلب عندك طبيعية, فلا داعي للقلق. أما إذا كانت ضربات القلب عندك غير منتظمة سواء أكانت سريعة أو بطيئة, فالأفضل استشارة الطبيب للاطمئنان على عدم وجود أي عرض يمكن علاجه مبكراً.
Heart Rates
Discuss heart rates. Have children find their pulses either on their wrists or under their necks. Have them take their pulse for 30 seconds and then double the number. Tell them that this is their resting heart rate. Have them do 15 jumping jacks and then run in place as fast as they can for 15 seconds. Have them take their pulse again for 30 seconds and then double the number. What happened? Why?
