يعتبر كل ما يفعله المعلم داخل الفصل كتعامله مع طلابه الصغار و مدى تفاعله معهم يشكل الدور الأكبر فى تشكيل حياتهم ومستقبلهم .

الطريقة الأفضل لك كمعلم هى تفاعلك مع الاطفال كخطوات ثابته نحو علاقاتك بطلابك ونجاحك ونجاح عملية التعليم والتعلم حيث يخلق جو مناسب داخل الصف الدراسى .
Powerful interactions achieve two important goals and allow teachers to:
* Build and deepen relationships with each child depends on a strong personal relationship between teachers and learners.
من أبرز الأهداف التى يحققها التعليم التفاعلى انه يسمح يتعميق العلاقات بينك وبين طلابك وبين الطلاب وبعضهم
* Move children’s learning forward in small steps When you use interesting language ask questions, and help children make connections you engage their curiosity and extend their thinking They discover the pleasure and excitement of being a learner Here are some simple strategies to help you have powerful interactions with children .
عن طريق أستخدامك للأسئلة التى تثير أهتمامهم وتحفزهم على البحث عن إجابات تشبع تتطلعاتهم كأطفال يمكنهم عندها التوصل الى إجابات و حصولهم على المتعة والتسلية .
Ways to build and deepen the relationship between the teacher and the child ?
- Use children’s names each time you
speak with them.
Use “mirror talk” rather than saying
“Good job” to show children you appreciate
what they do.
عليك بين الحين والاخر توجية ( سؤال ) احد طلابك بأستخدام أسمه وتوجية المديح الذى يمثل حافز التعلم لهم .
- Talk with children one-on-one about topics of interest to them.
. Do you know how
the driver makes the back tip up?”
“adam, do you have any new stories to
tell me about -------?”
Show caring and respect.
يمكنك صياغة الأسئلة بطريقة تدعم أهتمامات طلابك أو تمثل دافع للتفكير والبحث عن الاجوبة .
- Join a child’s activity with his or her permission.
تصرفاتك داخل الفصل تحدد هويتك كمعلم فلا ضرر من أن تكون ردودك هادئة ومهذبة القول ودائما استمع الى طلابك بأهتمام و إيجابية تكسب أحترامهم وتكون قدوة لهم .
- Give children privacy (when safe to do so).by giving children time to explore books or activities alone before interrupting or directing them.
لابد أن تكون طريقتك متضمنه أعطاء الطلاب قدر من الحرية فى التفكير والبحث والاكتشاف والتجربة مع مراعاة عناصر الامان فى بعض الاحيان .
- Create a safe, engaging environment that invites children to explore and interact in positive ways. For example, placing three chairs around a table makes cooperation more likely by limiting the number of children working together at one time.
التعليم التعاونى من أكثر الطرق تفاعلية بين الطلاب بحيث يمكن وضع الطلاب بطريقة الدوائر 3 او 4 طلاب كمجموعة تعمل متعاونه على سؤال أو عمل نشاط
- Involve children in the process of establishing three to five clearly stated rules, then engage them in discussions about how the rules apply to different situations.
إشراك الطلاب فى وضع وصنع القوانين والقواعد مع توضيح ما الهدف من وضعها وأوقات تطبيقها .
Remind children of the rules, as needed,
in a calm, direct way: “
” To help each child’s development and learning move forward in small steps Explain the reasons for doing activities, so children become aware of their own learning.
عند طلبك عمل نشاط معين لابد من شرح اسباب عمل هذا النشاط بذلك يمكنهم تنفيذ النشاط ( العمل ) بنجاح وإيجابية .
